Modules such as inventory / finance, collaboration (incl. 100G cloud drive), image search, showroom, order production, and finished-goods management are not included in the base annual fee; activate them as needed in the software under “Business Operations → App Market”.

FAQ

What do the 5 seats mean?
5 employee accounts. Once a company activates, it can invite 5 employees to use it simultaneously; beyond 5 people, expand at ¥360 / seat / year.
Do App Market modules require payment every year?
No. Each module in the App Market is a one-time payment for permanent use, with no annual fee. The annual fee applies only to the base Enterprise plan.
How are AI features billed?
AI design, AI agents, and the like are settled by compute consumption and require a top-up to use. Basic experiences have free alternatives.
Buy 2 years and get 2 months free — does that apply to the base Enterprise plan, or to additional seats too?
Both. The multi-year discount applies to both the base annual fee and additional seats.
What if I buy hardware that can't be adapted?

How do I choose between Personal and Enterprise?
Working solo and only managing samples and quotes → Personal (¥688/year); need multi-user collaboration and features like order production / inventory / collaboration / image search / showroom → Enterprise (¥1980/year, includes 5 seats). The Personal plan can be upgraded to Enterprise anytime, with remaining days credited pro rata.
How does on-premise deployment work?
For enterprises with on-premise / customization needs, contact customer service to discuss the plan and pricing. For day-to-day SaaS customers, the cloud version gets new features first.
