Customer Success Manager

Requirements:
- Experience implementing industry software such as ERP, MES, PLM, or CRM in the textile industry is preferred
- Prior experience in fabric, apparel, home textile, yarn, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Project management capability and a strong customer service mindset
Responsibilities:
- Based on a solid understanding of the product and the customer's business, develop customer success plans, including business analysis, solutions, and product recommendations
- Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and proactively understand how customers are using the product
- Compile customer product feedback and offer valuable suggestions for product optimization and improvement
- Summarize customer success stories
- Assist in producing help documentation
Vue Front-End Development Engineer
R&D Hangzhou Ningbo
Requirements:
- Solid front-end fundamentals with proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS/ES6
- Proficient in one or more mainstream front-end technologies and frameworks (React/Vue/Angular); experience developing complex products is preferred
- Familiar with front-end engineering and localized development solutions (Webpack, Fis, Gulp, etc.)
- Proficiency in a non-front-end scripting language (such as NodeJS, Python, PHP, JAVA, etc.) is a plus
- Active in the GitHub community; open-source project experience is a plus
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, strong logical thinking, and a love for teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Implement front-end presentation and interaction based on product requirements, working with back-end developers to deliver product interfaces and features
- Develop and optimize core front-end modules for PC and mobile products
- Participate in establishing JS, CSS, and HTML development standards and drive their adoption
- Write well-encapsulated front-end interaction components, and maintain and optimize front-end page performance
Senior Golang Development Engineer
R&D Hangzhou Ningbo
Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, with 4+ years of work experience; experience in the internet, e-commerce, gaming, or major tech companies is preferred
- Strong command of database knowledge with solid database design and optimization skills; proficient with MySQL, Redis, Etcd, etc.
- Proficient in Go, familiar with its language features, and skilled in using mainstream frameworks and their underlying principles, such as Go Micro
- Familiar with common data structures and algorithms as well as common design patterns, with strong module design capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and conscientious in work, and a good team spirit
- Strong learning and problem-analysis abilities, with good teamwork awareness and cross-departmental communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for back-end development of business modules, including but not limited to internal technical enablement and technical innovation business areas
- Participate in system requirements analysis and feature design, fully understand business requirements, and develop feasible technical solutions
- Participate in architecture design of related projects based on requirements, as well as technical development of core modules, maintaining good development quality and efficiency
- Aligned with business goals, actively learn cutting-edge internet technologies and continuously optimize and iterate on existing system modules and structures
- Actively participate in communication and collaboration among the technical, product, and business teams to advance project progress
Software Test Engineer
QA Hangzhou Ningbo
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering major
- Basic programming ability, in any language
- A strong interest in software testing, with a talent for discovering, analyzing, and pinpointing issues
- Good communication and abstraction skills, meticulous and conscientious in work, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong drive to push things forward, coordinating across parties to resolve issues
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis and solution design, plan test approaches and the overall test plan, and take responsibility for the final quality of the product
- Set up test environments, perform functional and system testing of the software, and complete test reports
- Analyze and pinpoint issues throughout the entire project lifecycle and seek solutions
- Report and track testing issues and provide timely feedback on test results
- Establish communication with the front-line market, stay attentive to issues reported by customers and users, and continuously improve project quality
- Use your own talent to safeguard the quality and safety of the product
